Skulls - 11:30-11:45 start time:

1) Regional Workout 13.6:
100 DU
50 HSPU
40 T2B
30 STO (160/100lbs with axle bar)
90ft Walking Lunge w/ axle
Note placement at 15 minutes - Hard cap at 20mins

2) E2MOM20:
1 Squat Snatch + 3 OHS
Sets 1-4 @ 60-70% Snatch
Sets 5-10 @ 70-80% Snatch

3a) 5 x 2 Legless Rope Climbs (if these won't be an issue for you make them L-Sit climbs starting seated on the ground OR go to 20ft)
3b) 5 x 10 DB Bench Press (As heavy as possible)

    3) need lots of work on both. Gotta keep working on those leg less!

  2. Du felt pretty good. Chris yelling threw me off the first time...thanks for that.

    I think I finished in 17:57 without lunging. Still recovering from my hip injury. For some reason the hspu would hurt on my left side when tucking in for a kip. Jenny might gave you evaluate me haha.

    Sorry I couldn't do the snatch or ropes. Really wanted to but gotta pay the bills.

    Finished at 150....overall felt good!

    Legless felt good today- havent done them in awhile! DB bench did 35s 2sets and 55s for 3
