Double Session:

Morning:
1a) Tall Snatch - 7 x 2  For form
1b) Snatch Balance - 7 x 2 AHAP - Pause in bottom

2a) T2B -- 3 x 20 - UB if possible, if you break before 20 don't finish, instead add a 4th set and do a ME 4th set. 
2b) Strict Ring Dips 3 x 10 Weighted if possible
2c) Hollow Rocks 3 x 35
Rest 90s between each

Afternoon:

1)  Front Squat Heavy 5
2) 5 x 3 Pause FS @ 75% of #1 -- 3s Pause

3) Metcon: Class Metcon from Wednesday, March 5, 2014 w/ Box Jumps

4) Tabata DU

    1b)175 up to 195
    2a) done. sets 2 and 3 much harder after hollow rocks
    2b) First set bw then plus 10lbs for sets 2&3
    2c) done
    Afternoon
    1) 330
    2)250
    3)Made it hrough 12mins before posterior explosion. All WB UB and never lower than 17 BJ/minute

    1b) 175 x 2 sets, 185 x 3 sets, 195 x 2Failed sets

    2a) Done UB (sorta, lost rhythm)
    2b) Same as Hunk
    2c) Done horribly, need to work these. Broken 5-6 times on last set.

    Afternoon
    1) 235, 285, 315, 330 (x3) -- Hunk is just too much man on the squat rack for me
    2) 235 x 4, 250 for last set.
    3) BJ all step down were 21, 20, 19, 19, 19, 17 -- Back blew up, all WB UB
