    1) 225# - 185 (10) - 255 - 135 (20) - 275 (Fail) - 100 (for 25 - mental game at that point)
    2) (GEAR) - Nanos, wrist wraps, shin/calf protection + elbow sleeves (optimal)
    2) 3 + 11 (goodbye triceps)
    3 (GEAR) - Gear used = wrist wraps with nanos and belt. should have upped the gear game (COME ON GEAR GUY!!!!)
    3) with kit - 2 rounds + 2 HPC each in the 3rd round.

  4. I have to admit, I went pretty gearless today...I'm sorry Cash, I've failed you.

    1) 235, 185 x 10, 255, 150 x 20, 280 (PR attempt, fail), 125 x 16 - Wrist felt jacked, also didnt have the mental game, so I went a bit heavier on it.
    2) Did 5 rounds of: 3 Snatches (175#), 5 Bar MU with Ballin'
    3) Gymnastics workout -- 4+6 -- HSPU failed me (of course), Rope climbs/dips easy.
    4) Mobility
