1b) 3X5 Tall Snatches – 95, 105, 105 – felt fast today

Conditioning –
10 minute AMRAP of:
12 C2B Pullups
12 Box Jumps 30/26”

Total: 6 Rounds + 9 C2B
Felt good – regional standard on BJs, stepped down every rep, slow but didn’t stop

Did a 90minute yoga session this morning as well, good sweat, some core work etc...
