3) Extra Work: BBB but with this:
FS - Do 5 x 10 Walking Lunges in a Front Rack with the Axle Bar.
DLs - Do 5 x 10 DL with the Axle Bar at proposed weights.
Try to do this as a superset, back and forth, relatively quickly.
1. Done with the Champ! - 14:00 2. FS - 205 x 5, 235 x 5, 275 x 11 3. DL - 325 x 5, 375 x 5, 425 x 10 4. FS Walking lunge at 145, DL at 215 all 5 sets.

The beginning part was done with HALES! And i finished by 15 cals on the ski machine a little after time cap!
