1 @ 100% +1-2lbs (not allowed to try old PRs....but still stick to the program....the inner battle)

2) For time:

Rest 15 minutes

  4. Great stuff from everyone. Those were a pair of spicy, salty high-skill pieces.

    I elected to use 35lbs for the pistols and they went better than expected. Was disappointed on the rings - went 5,2,2. Time: 6:40.

    Used a 45lb plate and ab mat for the HSPUs. Did set of 5, then 3, then 2s. It took a while. Snatches felt strong then 3,4,2 on the rings. Time: 8:50.

    Nervous for tomorrow since we were instructed to mobilize and prepare for it!
