    Completed all 6. Dont remember all the times. All fell into 1:37.5-1:42.3 range.

    Weakness training: worked on handstand walk
    (Needs serious work)

  3. Rowing. Only 3 because my back wasn't feeling good. First one bad other 2 like 1:57.

  4. Running: 1:14-1:18 for 2-6, first one was kind of a warm-up at 1:22 -- didn't feel awful, but a little slow on the times.

    Did mobility/warm-up for weakness stuff.
