Tuesday, March 17th

Extra work: 

21-15-9:
Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
HSPU (Any Style) 
Power Snatch (95/65)

Recover from class workout, rest ~10 minutes and warm-up HSPU, load up a bar and get after this.  Work on keeping a consistent pace on the BBJ, and controlled, quick sets on the HSPU -- try to find someone to compete against. Cap this at 15 minutes.

    Did squat snatches and s2oh at 105# for amraps

    Just bbj and hspu
    I did strict. 11:14
    Both movements harder than I wanted them to be! :P

  2. Pre-Class extra work:
    E90s for ~21mins 2 TnG squat Snatches - Start @ 135 and go up10lbs every 90s --- Made it to 215, and was totally overshadowed by Chris's 255x2 and Will's 260x1

    Then 21-15-9: BBJ, HSPU -- Was a horrible showing for me, we didn't have a clock, but slow.

    Class -- Struggled with OHWL, got 185x10 I think and 215x2

    AmRaps were horrible, Ballin is very fast - we did 32 sets of 2 Squat Cleans and 30 sets of 5 Push Jerks

    Got 30 squat cleans and 35 STO
