Just a heads up that I programmed Tuesday's extra work to help fill a gap we were missing on Friday. If you're coming today and did that extra work either catch up on extra or hit:
10 muscle-ups
50 cal rower
50 cal ad
10 muscle ups

  1. Class workout is 50 burpee box jumps - we had a few people who are gonna miss the weekend who came today. Didn't want them to double up if they hit everything already this week
