*Wednesday will have a lot of ring dips so wait on dips*

  2. BB complex: 65, 85, 105, 125.

    Kinda different metcon 15 cal AD, 15 pp, 10 lunges, 15 cal AD, rest 30 sec. 3 rds. Finished right at 12 min. AD is very tiring. I feel like 8 cal is about where I poop out if trying to go hard.

    MU/burpee work: finished 20:39. Tried all UB. Had 2 fails-both the 3rd mu in the set after the burpees, other than that made a sets UB. Rounds ranged from 40 sec to a little over a minute.

  3. BB Complex 95, 115, 135, 155, 175 Definitely the highest I think I could have gotten with the cleans.

    Metcon no clue how many rounds lost track. By the end my arms were gone during runs from cleans and the PP.

    MU Burpee work: Fell to 2/2 and 2/1 on the muscle up sets. First set would feel great set after the burpees not so much.

  4. Did squats since I did dt yday. 175/185/200/215/230 (did 5@230). lost track of rounds on the wod also! Extra work: 17 something. I did 6 jumping c2b 6 burpees 6 jc2b.

  5. Complex - I did 65, 85, 105, 115# - forearm burn baby, good grip work for sure.

    WOD was good - 7 rounds + 3 PP - The 10 rounds of AD, PP, BBJ helped get me through the mental battle I have with push presses in breath hard work-outs.

    Extra MU work went really well until after the 5th round, I ripped - I was a pansy the rest of the way through holding the rings like I had t-rex hands. Jenny let me have a pair of her Natural Grips which helped a little with my rips. They probably would've prevented ripping so next time I'll use those to start, thanks so much Jenny. I definitely recommend those. But anyway, my time was in the high 20's I believe.

  7. Worked out at NorCal today
    WOD:
    5rds
    Max press 115, max PP 115, 400m run
    Did 61 reps in 16:25

    Did the Burpee and muscle up extra work
    All MU done unbroken, finished 18:50

    Shoulders were fried so didn't do the BB complex.

    1) I used a barbell! Finally, for a full complex. And it felt ok. 95, 115, 135.
    2) MetCon RX: 6 rounds + 200m, couldn't catch that CSans guy.

    Total: 19.05 -- Ripped in round 6, had to go to 2/1 for most of the second sets, shoulders got pretty tired. #BigBoyGymnastics

    Felt so good to get a full day in again.

  9. Worked up to 105# for the complex. Felt just fine.
    WOD was fun. Nice to have someone to chase and someone chasing you. Finished 1/2 round behind Ria.
    Extra work was arduous. Definitely rested a lot more than prescribed, but got some decent sets in, didn't fail too many.

  10. BB complex @ 205
    WOD 6+100 M-couldn't catch those studs-Jeff and Chris.
    MU work-27:46. Actually failed my end set of first round after 1 but finished all after. Was definitely lenient on the "1 minute" rest. Got better as I went on I think. Practice practice. Never done 58 MU in one sitting before-so I got that going for me, which is nice.

  11. I got 95 for the barbell complex. MAN I need to get this hook grip thing down. Eek.

    On the workout, I got through 5 rounds on the money. The people I was trying to catch were Kenz and Ballin. I was unsuccessful in my attempt but at least it kept me on task!

    Kenz and I did the "non muscle up" version of the extra work. Bc of some time restrictions we only did 5rounds. Even so, it was a challenge! Did first 3 rounds unbroken on the CTB but then started breaking down into two sets. Forearms were toast!

  12. Worked up to 165 on the complex, fantastic grip work.

    Workout 5+223 tried not to fall too far behind the leaders

    Extra: did 7 rounds all unbroken on MUs. Stopped after 7 to avoid a double rip day.

  13. BB complex: 95, 115, 135 and last 10 minutes did 3 sets of strict and 3 :30 hs hold (RIBS IN).
    WOD: 6 rds a 216
    Extra work: hip still bugging in MU so stuck with strict C2B's (30 in all to match 30 strict hspu)

  14. Complex was done with Stamos which helped to push me. Completed @ 170#. Definitely taxed my grip but I need it.

    Caught my chin on the second push press which caused me to stop and reevaluate my life choices. Got back on the bar for 4 & 200m

    My grip was working hard on that last set! I probably had 120 in me if I had more time!
    Love barbell complexes :)

    WOD- 5+run and 3 PP (luckily my bar was by the door! Ha) it was hard... I was still breathing heavy from the complex before!

    Extra: only did 5 rounds because of time. I managed to do each set no more than 1 min.. Grip was hurting. Felt okay doing butterfly pull up till set 5.
