  2. Barbara (huge slut) time: 24:37
First round was Tier 2, then quickly tumbled into the abyss of Tier 3 for the rest.

Got 205 for power clean which tied a PR. Wasn't pretty

  3. Barbara:
    Round 1 - 3:02
    Round 2 - 3:30
    Round 3 - 3:28
    Round 4 - 3:54
    Round 5 - 4:02
    Total time - 17:56

I almost puked after Barbara from a massive headache -- not sure if it was oxygen deprivation or the fact that I pretty much ate E.L. fudge cookies for dinner.

Power Cleans were ugly -- I dislike this lift but I know heavy cleans are something I need to get better at. I love squat cleaning, though!
-I got up to 155# staying above parallel
-I believe I got 165# above parallel but Jeff begs to differ -- So I'm #Tierless or as Cash would say #MariaTier

    Good thing I'm #TeamStrength.

  6. Barbara 17:54 total time. Pullups felt great, all UB. 2nd rd of push ups got harder than I would have liked.... But I feel like I was able to keep them all really good reps! Sit ups and squsts got tiring.

  9. So, when it comes to Barbara the part that crushes me is those darn push ups! My total time was 38:03. By round, I was 4:31, 5:05, 5:21, 5:25, 5:41. I did pull-ups in 2 sets for the first two rounds, then dropped to 8-7-5 rep scheme. For push-ups... Eeek.. I started out with 3 rep sets for the first 12 reps each round but had to drop down to 2 rep sets for all but the first round. I tried to keep rest super minimal between! Sit-ups were fine and I tried to make up time on air squats by going as fast as possible :)

Power cleans weren't as bad as I expected after all that but I was definitely tired. My weights were 95-110-130-145-150 then PR attempt at 165. I hit 165 so then I attempted 170... Failed but definitely think I've got it in me.

  10. Class-BARBARA--3:04/3:17/3:40/4:11/3:36 (17:48 working/29:48 total time) 2nd to last round is always the toughest--pushups is what killed me--had to break after 2nd round into multiple sets and situps were slow.
Power Clean 185/215/245/270/285 (failed first one, nailed second one)/300 (failed first one, nailed second one=big PR for me)--I saw a poster once that said "it's not how many times you get knocked down, it's how many times you get back up" really helped me out today--go ahead and keep that in your back pockets if you ever need it.
Then worked some snatch balance and BTN Presses/Glute ham work

  11. Barbara- 41.46
By round it was 4.42, 5.38, 6.12, 6.40, 6.34. Did the pulls ups in 2 sets the first round then 3 sets after that. The push-ups were rough. Started with a set of 10 the first 2 rounds then did 5's. The last 3 rounds I started with sets of 3 then broke down even more than that. The sit ups and squats weren't bad. Just had to keep moving. Thanks to Sunshine for pushing me.

    Power cleans
85/100/115/130/140/ missed 2 attempts at 150 then went down to 145 to tie my PR. Pulled 150 high enough but wimped out on getting under it. Need to work on the mental part.

    Worked on double unders after.
