Single Session - 11:15am Skulls

1. Back Squat:
8 @ 55%
8 @ 60%
8 @ 65%
8 @ 70%

2.  Masters Qual Event 1:
AmRap 5:
5 MU
10 Cleans (155/105)

3. With a Team of 3 or 4 complete:
10 Rounds for Max Cals/Reps:
30s Max AirDyne
30s Max Push Press (75/55)
30s Max Burpee Box Jumps
30s Rest

*Keep the AD counting up, and add your  PP/BBJ together each round - so your team will have numbers like this:
390cals
142 reps (athlete a) + 110 reps (athlete b) + 100 reps (athlete c)


4. Strength/Cardio complete:
GHD Complex:
Break as needed to complete:
70 Glute Ham Raises
70 GHD Sit-Ups
70 Back Extensions

5. Gymnastics complete:
5 x Max Sets MU - Rest 90s between efforts.

If no muscle-Ups complete:
5 x Max Sets Ring-Row at decline
5 x Max Sets Ring-Dips
Rest 60s Between efforts. (Do not rest between the exercises)

  3. I did Skulls yesterday by myself so it took me about 3 hours, haha.

    Squats were good, my legs have felt super tired on these this past week: Did 150,160, 175, 190#

    Master Qualifier: 3 rounds + 2 MU's -- MU's need some work since I've been #TeamStrength

    10 Rounds was good, very mental:
    AD: 10, 6, 6, 7, 6, 7, 7, 7, 7, 8
    PP: 15, 15, 15, 14, 13, 9 12, 13, 12, 13
    BBJ: 6, 7, 7, 7, 7, 6, 6, 6, 6, 7

    GHD machine is my new fav.

  4. Worked up to 185# for BS with Sunshine. Felt good today, unlike the FS the other day.

    Got 3 rounds of the Masters AMRAP in 5:24. The long rings were a bit more challenging. Did sets of 5, then 3/2, then 2/2/1.

    30 second intervals were unpleasant. Averaged 5 BBJs and my range of push press was 16-24.

    MU practeez - in general they are feeling slightly easier and like I can do more in a set, but I've still got the ringsaswingin all over the place which prevents big sets (unless I rest at the top and wait, which we've all determined is a bad idea.)
