1.  C2B7 sets of 6, :50 rest between sets
2. Ring Dips
7 sets of 6 (Strict), :40 rest between sets.
3. Good Mornings
5 sets of 5 building - Preferably with the safety squat bar

  1. Done-C2B felt great. Dips got hard in last 2 sets-but able to do all strict. Good mornings stayed light (75 lbs)-hard time feeling this in the right place with increased weight...

    ring dips - muscle up to strict ring dips. last 2 sets were 5s
    no good mornings.
