BBB supersets - Do strict press Boring But Big with dumbbells, and try to do back squat a touch heavier than listed weights.

  4. 1. MetCon - Longer than 100m and 70lb KB - all rounds down between :42 and :48.
    2. Only was able to do 135 on the squats, but did true Press 5/3/1:
    115 x 5
    125 x 5
    145 x 10
    45lb DB/Hand x 4 x 10 (cut short on time).

    Back feeling better, wish I could've hit the extra metcon based on the feedback!
