Do RX+ for class then...

Max 20m Walking Lunge -- Take 3-4 sets to build to a max 20m Walking Lunge (Wall-To-Wall) with the axle bar.

  1. RX+ for class.....L pullups got pretty hard

    145# walking lunge-was pretty hard-not sure I could have cleaned much more than that with the axle!

  2. RX+ (sorta) did not start out in a proper L but it got there once I started pulling (ha!)

    Could clean and lunge 135... Had to have help from the boys getting 145 in rack position but was able to lunge it out.... Hard as crap! Holy cardio and legs
