ReplyDeleteI elected to use 35lbs for the pistols and they went better than expected. Was disappointed on the rings - went 5,2,2. Time: 6:40.
Used a 45lb plate and ab mat for the HSPUs. Did set of 5, then 3, then 2s. It took a while. Snatches felt strong then 3,4,2 on the rings. Time: 8:50.
Nervous for tomorrow since we were instructed to mobilize and prepare for it!
Also believe we had 7 PRs today among the group.
