Class -- Decide if you want to do V2.0 or regular (if you've never done RX regular do that).

Superset - 4 rounds
1) 5 Strict Press w/ 65/45lb DB - Tight core
2) 20 kipping Ring Dips (break if needed)
3) Banded Planks - 30 seconds - Heavy

  2. Congrats on Nasty Girls Cash! Working through 21 MUs in workouts aint no thang anymore...

    1) Snatch Complex - Up to 195 from both - got 215 from the hang (not pocket, that shit sucks).
    2) Nasty Girls - 6.12RX (PR by 47 seconds)
    3) Extra work done - had to break up the ring dips a decent amount, used Thick black + red.

  3. Snatch complex at 155#.... was being a baby about pocket at 165#
    Nasty Girls 8:40...was a little disappointed in how tired I got....slower than I wanted.
    Extra work all done. strict press with 45s was very very hard. ring dips in 2 sets each. Planks what Cash said above. that last one with 3 bands was pretty spicey!
