ReplyDelete2) 300 d-u in 3:40. I failed at 2. Then i restarted and did 177 in a row which is a unbroken PR. I broke 4 times after that.
3) FGB - 346 which is a 33 rep PR. I had a plan and executed it for the first 2 rounds then my ass turned into a wod of cookie dough and I just mustered up what I could for the 3rd round.

Started off with snatches. Stayed at 65% the whole time, which was 80#.
ReplyDeleteDouble unders were kind of a hot mess today. I messed up something like 4x in the first 30s and probably should have stopped/started over at that point but instead kept trudging through. Finished in 5:38 with 12, yes 12, mess ups/breaks -- only 2 of them were intentional, when I hit my goal of 40 :/
Did FGB immediately after, and got completely owned. Finished with 283. Couldn't push through it like I wanted to! So, I will have to get after it next time.
Proud of everyone and especially enjoyed having the one and only K$ as the special guest coach at 630p tonight. Highlight of the day for sure!
327 on FGB. Can't remember my previous score from the CFO days but I'm pretty sure it was in the high 200's. Improvement despite lack of sleep last night.

Did the snatches @ 115 each time before class and also did the 300 DUs for time. Finished the DUs in 4:40 and messed up 7 times all misses on my part, think the calves were a little sluggish from the burpee box jumps last night.
ReplyDeleteI had a big PR in fight gone bad, previously I was in the 270's but I planned my reps accordingly this time and got 313! So I was pumped about a big jump finally!
I wish everyone could have seen Clark's dismount off the rower after the last round. It was magical.
