No running. All Rowing. Completed all 6. Dont remember all the times. All fell into 1:37.5-1:42.3 range.
Rowed: 1:48-1:58 range. Weakness training: worked on handstand walk(Needs serious work)
Rowing. Only 3 because my back wasn't feeling good. First one bad other 2 like 1:57.
Running: 1:14-1:18 for 2-6, first one was kind of a warm-up at 1:22 -- didn't feel awful, but a little slow on the times.Did mobility/warm-up for weakness stuff.
