ReplyDelete1) Snatch Complex - Up to 195 from both - got 215 from the hang (not pocket, that shit sucks).
2) Nasty Girls - 6.12RX (PR by 47 seconds)
3) Extra work done - had to break up the ring dips a decent amount, used Thick black + red.
Snatch complex at 155#.... was being a baby about pocket at 165#

Extra work all done. strict press with 45s was very very hard. ring dips in 2 sets each. Planks what Cash said above. that last one with 3 bands was pretty spicey!
