AM Session -

Pretty unhappy with this - Row was fine, finished around 7:15 - got onto the rower around 3:45-4:00 - second set of 150 just took me forever.  Legs completely locked up.  My legs apparently can't tell the difference between bodyweight or 100lbs, because my legs felt worse than they have in awhile during this.  Tough one.

PM Session - 
Strict Press 5.5.5.5 - 135 x 5, 150 x 5, 155 x 5, 160 x 5 (PR)
then...
5 Rounds for time:
5 Power Cleans 185lbs
400m Run
15 Toes-to-Bar
Time: 15.27
All Power Cleans unbroken and fast, Toes to bar were 15, 15, 13/2, 10/5, 8/3/1x4

Very happy with the second session, unlocked my legs, felt smooth and comfortable the entire time -- did this with the class...4th Round slowed a bit on the run and T2B but kept pretty solid on transitions.  Very happy with the strict press - but can't figure my shoulder (R) out,  it is very streaky on both pain and performance.
