12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (2 sets max, adjust height accordingly)
6 Overhead Squats (65% 1RM, Mandatory Squat Snatch)

    t2tb were actually ok
    hspu i hit muscle failure early and often
    i started failing squat snatches @ 165#.

    not my best extra work performance
