Back squats felt great. Did 160 170 185 200 210 225. Started wearing my belt with the 210 weight.
Workout went well too. Cleans felt pretty good. Two rounds of double unders went unbroken the other 3 got stuck once or twice. Overall happy with those though! Finished in 5:11.
Did gymnastics with the whole crew today which was great. The ring dips got HARD. Went unbroken for the first three rounds, then started hitting failure on the last dip --so I had to start breaking up my sets. Which was frustrating but I suppose character building at the same time. Ring rows felt good! Overall great Tuesday :)
Before strength-strict 145 and push 205 Squats finished w/345-felt good WOD-3:44 Post gymnastic work was close and personal Finished extra strength work with Maria O and of course grip work to finish
Lunges with Chris and Jeff-worked up to 235 or so on same rep scheme as squats WOD- 5:55 singles on cleans cuz of back. Felt decent Gymasty work- SICK CHEST AND BACK DAY!!!!
