  1. I did OHS at 75# instead of thrusters to help keep my collar bones healing
    C2B 5 (did not warm any up and just felt bad), 10, 12, 15, 12

    did curls (45# bar) and band pull aparts- No pistols-my hamstring did not feel good warming them up
