Start at 50% and work up every minute til heavy, focus on pulling position and hitting the hamstrings in the halt.
Started at 105# and added 10 lbs each round. Ended at 175#. did a couple just heavy cleans after because they felt good (and I was trying Maria's romaleos so wanted to try!) and got 205# pretty easy! =)
